He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Levi and Elizabeth Levi Sr. (Bazan). He is survived by: his wife Susan Levi (Vrotsos); his sons, Vincent Levi (Meredith Hahn) and Nicholas Levi; and his brother Allan Levi (Cindy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
