He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence Palmer and Bernice Palmer (Burge); his pet Chevy; his wife Debra Palmer (Stevey) of Martins Ferry; his children, Lisa Nuzum (Jason), Jamie Stevey (Stacey) of Barnesville, Rodney Palmer Jr. of Martins Ferry and Nikki Antill (Ben) of Martins Ferry; and his siblings, Diane Kolenich (Mike), Shirley Underwood, Lawrence Palmer (Vera Kuhn), Rich Palmer (Donna) and Bobby Palmer (Linda). He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family.
