He is survived by: his children, Randal Scarfpin of Martins Ferry, Tammy Scarfpin of Martins Ferry, Lisa Scarfpin of Martins Ferry, Cindy Scarfpin of Martins Ferry, Rhonda Fuller (Rick) of Solon, OH and Robert Scarfpin (Phillip) of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Courtney, Dustin, Kara, Katie, Cameron, Carson and Coen; his great grandchild Averie; and his sisters, Sara Harman, Eleanor Sindeldecker and Sharon Kay Ashworth.
