He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kelly and Mable Kelly (Fetty). He is survived by: his wife Anita Louise Kelly (Renat); his children, Nicole Hails of Bellaire and Bryan Hails of Wheeling; and his grandchildren, Sydney, Logan, Natlee, Rick, Dustyn, Roman and Angelo.
