Robert Edward Mike, Jr., 29, of Martins Ferry, OH passed away on Monday, December 5, 2022, as a result of a work-related accident. He was born December 23, 1992, in Glen Dale, WV., a son of Robert Edward Mike, Sr. and Virginia Galloway Persinger.
He was an employee of Nickles Bakery in Martins Ferry. He enjoyed fishing and spending quality time with his children.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Bruce Richard Mike; maternal grandfather, John Wade; and an aunt, Tammy Ewing.
He is survived by his wife, Britny Kalinowski Mike of Martins Ferry, OH; mother, Virginia (Gene "Kermit") Persinger of Moundsville, WV; father, Robert (Fran Adams) Mike, Sr, of Valley Grove, WV; 5 children, Lakyn Mike, Bradyn Mike, and Brooklyn Mike, all of Martins Ferry, OH; Karlie Anderson, of McMechen, WV; Aristyn Mike, of New Philadelphia, OH; father and mother-in-law, Robert (Nicole) Kalinowski, of Bellaire, OH; two sisters, Breanna Cooley, of Zanesville, OH and Jillian McVay, of Lebanon, MO; brother in law, Robby Kalinowski; sister in law, Gianna Kalinowski; a half-sister in law, Cora Montgomery; and a half-brother in law, Robert Kalinowski, Jr.
Family and friends will be received on Friday, December 9, 2022, at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville, from 4 pm until time of service at 6 pm with Pastor Wayne Clark officiating. Final arrangements are at the convenience of the family.
