He was predeceased by: his parents, Fritz Roth and Margaret Roth; his siblings, Mary Ann Kloss, James and Fred Roth; and his grandson Jesse Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Raella Roth; his children, Melvin Roth (Kim) of Martins Ferry, Lisa Rector of Midlothian, TX and Les Roth (Heidi) of Martins Ferry; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Lakin Roth (Bryce Helms), Kennedy, Karli, Kameron Rector and Ty Thomas; his great grandchildren, Alexis Thomas and Braelynn Helms; and his brother-in-law Charles Kloss. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
