She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles F. Payton and Wilma Payton (Pearsol). She is survived by: her husband Sherman Lyons; her daughters, Kathy Howell of Martins Ferry, Rachel Scott (James Roth) of Belmont, OH and Lisa A. Scott of Newark, OH; her sister Mary Wagner (Edward) of Yorkville, OH; and her grandsons, Cameron and Logan Smith.
