She is survived by: her children, R. Bruce Finney (Deborah) of Dillonvale, Leigh Ann Sabo (David) of Rayland and Melissa Finney of St. Clairsville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Martins Ferry Public Library.
