She is survived by: her children, Robert Dowdell (Jan) of Barbertown, John Dowdell (Alice) of Tiltonsville, Charles Dowdell (Susan) of Martins Ferry, James Dowdell Norton (Chris), David Dowdell (Chris) and Debbie Ford (Ken) of Louisville. She is also survived by many grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
