It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence V. Hunkler of Martins Ferry, Ohio, born in Barnesville, Ohio, who passed away on September 24, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorie Hunkler and Ann Hunkler (Fitzgerald); his siblings, Goldie Edgel, Frances and Otis Hunkler; and his great-nephew Matthew Edgel.
He is survived by: his niece Mary Woods (Donald) of Stone Mountain, GA; his nephew Tom Edgel, Jr. (Sue) of Moundsville; and his friend Linda Williamson.
