He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles David Palmer and Anna Josephine Lasko Palmer; and his siblings, Mary Ann Palmer, Robert, Charles, Richard and James Palmer.

He is survived by: his sisters, Margaret Mohney, Kathleen Burkhart and Nancy Carrick; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Palmer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hearing Loss Association of America or to the Martins Ferry Fire and Emergency Dept.
