He was predeceased by: his parents, Judy Adkins (Stanley) and Arthur Adkins; his son Okey Cottrill; and his sister Valerie. He is survived by: his significant other Donna Bostaph; his children, Shannon Gozdan and Delbert Bostaph; and his siblings, Vicky, Roger Stanley, Particia 'Patti Adkins and Tom Adkins. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
