He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ann Lipscomb (Jacquot); his son Jerry Lee Lipscomb Jr. of Martins Ferry; and his grandchildren, Charlie Kanna of Florida, Heather Kanna of Florida and Jerry Kanna of Florida. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
