We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2024, at the age of 50, Jay H. Delbrugge III of Martins Ferry, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Emerald H. Delbrugge, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Caitlyn; his son-in-law Kohl Joseph; his sisters, Tina M. Fedorko and Tammy Mitchell (Adam); and his pet Snickers.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in honor of Jay to Liza's Place or Valley Hospice, 10686 St. Rt. 150, Rayland, Ohio 43943.
