He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Robert Sr. and Jeanie Smith; his daughters, Kim Snell (C. J.), Amy Wilhelm (Bruce) and Tracy Hughes (Mark); his siblings, Darla Mitchell (Ken), Rhonda Conaway (Dayle), Missy Malesky (Greg) and Richard Smith; and his grandchildren, Bralen, Kameron, McKenna, Averie, Haden, Torie, Ford, Malia and George Tice.
