It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack A Paulsen of Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on November 12, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Paulsen and Mary Paulsen (Gemensky); his wife Carol; his brother James Paulsen; and his grandson Chad Burns.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Burns (Mike) of Martins Ferry, Cristy Frakowski (Buzz) of St. Clairsville and Cathy Pesta (Kurt) of York, PA.; his grandchildren, Kara Canter (Terry), Katie Sipe (Alex), Brett Frakowski, Brady Frakowski (Kylee), Brice Frakowski, Parker Pesta and Palmer Pesta; and his great grandchildren, Korynne, Josalyn, Adelyn Canter, Eleanor and Henry Sipe.
