Howard Neer Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Neer Sr. of Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on October 30, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Neer and Pearl Neer (Nice); his wife Lois Neer (Bickel); his daughter Carol Neer; his stepchildren, Norma Brown, Joe Wilson (Harry) and Hidi Foley (Neer); and his siblings, Franklin, Harry Neer, Jr., Ann and Irene Neer.
He is survived by: his children, Howard (Sherry), Adena and Sharon (William Hall) of Martins Ferry; his stepson David Hilliman (Debbie); and his sisters, Alice Jean Neal of Wheeling and Barbara Bear of Bridgeport. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
