It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Milan (Martins Ferry, Ohio), born in Bannock, Ohio, who passed away on September 20, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Alex Smithoffer; her son-in-law George P. Burns; and her brother-in-law Joseph Peklicz. She is survived by: her parent Julia Ann Smithoffer (Molnar); her husband William A. Milan, Sr.; her children, William A. Milan, Jr. (Ruthy Stan) of St. Clairsville, OH and Lisa M. Burns of Martins Ferry; her sisters, Julia R. Peklicz and Elizabeth Hord (Calvin); and her grandchildren, Billy Milan, III of St. Clairsville, OH and Hyacin Ray (Alec Smith) of Martins Ferry.
