He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Okey and Wilma Lois Riser (Berry). He is survived by: his wife Joan Lee Riser (Bennington); his children, Leslie Downing (Jim) of Wheeling and Brenda McIntosh (Dave) of New Port Richey, FL; his grandchildren, Christopher Henry (Kelly) of Columbus, Kyle McIntosh (Christina), Courtney Henry of Martins Ferry, Keri McIntosh of Tampa, FL and Jesse Downing of Barstow, CA; and his great grandchildren, Amelia, Everett, Madison and Reece.
