She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Finney and Alice Finney (Major); her husband William Gilbert; and her brothers, Eugene, Wilbur and Delbert Finney.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Long of Mansfield, Don Gilbert of Beech Bottom, Mildred Sapp (Ed) of Wileyville, WV and Margaret Gilbert of Martin Ferry; and her sister Dorothy Stingle of Smithfield. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and 16 great great grandchildren.
