He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bell and Mary Jane Bell (Williams); his son Edward W. Bell; and his brother Charles Bell. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bell; his daughter Kim Black (Scott); his daughter-in-law Debra Bell; his grandchildren, Taylor, Kamryn, Eddie and Howard; and his siblings, George Bell and Ocie Moore.
