It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris Marie Morrison of Martins Ferry, Ohio, born in Saint Clairsville, Ohio, who passed away on July 18, 2023, at the age of 109, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Henry and Lena Stobbs (Sunderman); her husband David Lee Morrison; her son Donald Allen Morrison; her daughters-in-law, Helen and Carol Morrison; and her siblings, Donald, Bayard, Leslie, Roy, Hugh Stobbs, Emily Lowman, Florence Stobbs, Roberta Mitchell and Hester Lash.
She is survived by: her son David Morrison of Martins Ferry; her grandsons, Don Morrison and Dave Morrison (Vickey); and her sister Barbara McFarland. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Colerain United Presbyterian Church, 71780 State Rt. 250, Colerain, OH 43916 in Doris's memory.
