He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Bruce and Nora Bruce (Frankston). He is survived by: his significant other Joyce Czarnecki; his children, Ashley and Anthony Bruce of Martins Ferry; and his siblings, Mary of Knoxville, TN, Jerry of Texas and Ralph Bruce of Texas. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
