He is survived by: his children, Amy Crothers (Joshy) of Yorkville, David Jr. Milbert (Sabrina) of Yorkville and Kari Milbert (Thomas Neff) of Martins Ferry; his grandchildren, Kayleigh Lashare, Jakob, Austin Crothers, Joel Ciafardone, Jaelyn Anderson, Dylan, Isabella Milbert, Connor, Preston Neff, Faith, Lacee, Nathan, Cadence, Mercedes and Caden; and his girlfriend Debbie Crawford.
