He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Orzolek and Anna Orzolek (Petryka); his wife Shirley Orzolek (Francis); his son Robert C. Orzolek; and his brothers, Walter and Stanley Orzolek.
He is survived by: his children, Craig Orzolek (Fiona) of St. Augustine, FL, Rhonda Dailey (Romer) of Cadiz, OH and Michelle Zinko (Mark) of Orlando; and his sister Rose Mary Davis (Arthur) of Reynoldsburg, OH.
