He was predeceased by: his parent Clyde Lucas, Sr.; and his brother Richard Lucas (Audra) of Rayland, OH.. He is survived by: his parent Thelma Lucas (Reynard); his sons, Charles F. Lucas, Jr. (Sharon), Scott Lucas and Keith Lucas (Julie) of Cadiz, OH; his grandchildren, Matthew Smith (Ashley), Brianne Mussard (Dale), Chelsea Mullins (Erik), Kassandra Lucas and Caleb Lucas; and his great grandchildren, Matthew and Molly Smith.
