Carol Elaine Paulsen Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Elaine Paulsen of Martins Ferry, Ohio, born in Kokomo, Indiana, who passed away on October 10, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Bernhardt and Lila Lee Bernhardt (Brandtner); her grandson Chad Burns; and her sister Shirley Jagaczewski. She is survived by: her husband Jack Paulsen; her daughters, Cindy Burns (Mike) of Martins Ferry, Cristy Frakowski (Buzz) of St. Clairsville and Cathy Pesta (Kurt) of York, PA.; her grandchildren, Kara Canter, Katie Sipe, Brett Frakowski, Brady Frakowski, Brice Frakowski, Parker and Palmer Pesta; her great grandchildren, Korynne, Josalyn, Adelyn Canter, Eleanor and Henry Sipe; and her nephew Edward Jagaczewski of Wheeling.
