He is survived by: his wife Pamela Orzolek (Archer); his children, Brittany Ayers (John) of Martins Ferry and Zach Orzolek (Amy) of Martins Ferry; his sister Charlene McIntosh (Donald) of New Philadelphia, OH; and his grandchildren, Owen and Colson Orzolek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
