Vickers of Martins Ferry, Ohio, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on September 30, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Howard Sr. Vickers; and his siblings, Betty, Jean Ann and Howard Vickers, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Lillian Vickers (Cobb); his children, Beth Ann Vickers (Jim Cochran) of Martins Ferry and Bryan M. Vickers (Jennifer) of Martins Ferry; and his grandchildren, Brett, Zack, Breezy, Silas and Zoe Vickers.
