He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur W. Jr. Burton and Dorothy J. Burton (Ryan). He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Lough (Spielvogel); his sons, Joshua Lough of St. Clairsville, Kyle Nowak (Angela Koski) of Martins Ferry and Christopher Nowak of Martins Ferry; his siblings, Cassandra Lough Hanke of Cameron, Beth Ann Lough (Ralph) of Canton and Ron Lough (Melissa) of Bellaire; his grandchildren, Kayden, Harper Nowak, Isaiah and Weston Kendle; and his parents-in-law, Ronald and Nancy Spielvogel (Paul) of Martins Ferry.
