Evans of Martin, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Gentilcore and Donangeline Paradisco Gentilcore; and her siblings, Mary Evans, Carmel Rehak, Mickey Gentilcore and Joseph Gentilcore.
She is survived by: her children, Ken Evans (Kathy) of Youngstown and Donna Slater (Dick) of Youngstown; her granddaughter Jacklyn Podolsky (Alan) of Rocky River; her stepgranddaughters, Denise Hogan (Jeff) and Danielle Boggs (Ray); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Raymond Boggs, Anthony Boggs, Joseph Boggs, Daniel Boggs, Adrienne Boggs, Jeffery Hogan and Adam Hogan; and her husband Martin L. Evans.
In lieu of flowers, Lucy's family suggests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of the Valley in Lucy's memory.
