He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfredo Lozoya and Manuela Lozoya (Miranda); his wife Rosa L. Carver; and his siblings, Juanita Garza, Olga Lozoya and Jose Lozoya.
He is survived by: his children, Ruth Yvonne Petrocco, Manuela Lozoya, Anita Lozoya and Jose J Lozoya; and his siblings, Pedro Lozoya, Rosario Lozoya, Lupe Ramos and Grace Lozoya. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services will be private and burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park, Perrysburg. Face masks will be required and social distancing observed.
