She was predeceased by: her father John Cunningham; her siblings, Sandy Martin of Indiana, Kenneth Cunningham and David; her siblings-in-law, Connie Cunningham, Marthaleen Cunningham and Butch Martin; her sister Elizabeth; and her brother-in-law Don Nicholson.
She is survived by: her brothers, Floyd Cunningham (Carol) of Jacksonville, FL, Clyde Cunningham of Georgia and Gary Cunningham (Ushie) of Georgia. She is also survived by 1 daughter and 3 sons.
Donations received in lieu of flowers will be donated to Etta Mae's church family, Northside Community Church, in her name.
