He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Fredrick and Delma Fredrick (Stiffler); and his siblings, Diane Hammond and Ronald Fredrick. He is survived by: his wife Cindy L. Lorenzen; his children, Whitney Fredrick and Jacob Fredrick (Audrey); and his siblings, Michele Kreh, Dennis Fredrick and Myron Fredrick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and his canine companion.
