He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenora Jeffers (Grass) and Lawrence Jeffers; his son Michael Shawn Jeffers; and his brother Bobby Jeffers. He is survived by: his wife Karen Jeffers (Younker); his children, Staci James (Travis), Brian Jeffers and Kimberly Merrow (Ryan); his grandchildren, Autumn, Braden Jeffers, Ashleigh James, Trent and Austin Merrow; his siblings, Birdie Faye Brinkman (Robert), Kathy Adkins (Dale), Odell Jeffers (Oretha) and Gary Jeffers (Linda); and his brother-in-law Robert Younker (Bob). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
