He was predeceased by: his son Douglas Lee. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Hall Turner; his son Matthew Turner (Lorynn); his granddaughter Kara; his parents, Steve Turner and Mary Turner; his sister Gail Ebey (George); and his nephew Jake Hall.
