With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles L. Howell of Marshallville, Ohio, born in Paden City, West Virginia, who passed away on February 15, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Howell and Dorothy Howell (Neff); and his former wife Barbara Howell. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Howell (Jeanette) of Ashland, Sharon Banton (John) of North Lawrence, Christina Hurst (Rick) of Medina and Teresa Barner of Burbank; and his sister Mary Doyle of Cleveland, TX. He is also survived by two step children; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; three step grandchildren.
