He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Goody and Ruth Goody (Fowler); his former wife Virgie Mae; his wife Isabel; his son Charles Goody Jr.; his siblings, Clyde Goody and Maxine Winchell; and his aunt Pearl "Billie" Samic.
He is survived by: his children, Vivian Potts (Douglas) of Norton, Larry Edward Goody of Marshallville and Thomas Richard Goody of Sterling; and his sister Dottie Wertz of Wooster.
