He was predeceased by: his father Alfons Basniak; his brother Chris Basniak; his father-in-law Raymond A. "Bud" Maxwell; and his pets, Fleabag, Norris and Liberty.
He is survived by: his mother Jenny Basniak; his wife Carrie Rae Maxwell; his children, Mark Raymond Alfons Basniak and Rose Victoria Basniak (Noah Bailor); his brothers, Ed Basniak (Celeste) and Greg Basniak; his mother-in-law Janice F. Maxwell; his siblings-in-law, Mike A. Maxwell (Cindy) and Lisa Ann Maxwell; and his pets, Lucy, Buckeye and Lloyd. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
