He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis George Millisor and Willa Fields Millisor; and his siblings, Elizabeth "Betty" Millisor Anshutz, Robert, Darrel, Irven, John, Willis Jr, Norman, Ralph, Richard, Donald and Russel.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Sue Millisor Martin, Lori Ann Millisor Shoemaker and Kimmie Lynn Creque; and his grandchildren, BethAnne Martin, Sam Martin (Corey) and Zachary Shoemaker. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
