He is survived by: his fiancée Donna Columber; his children, Carey Joyner (Mark), Jody Horner, Dustin Oller (Stacey) and Doug Horner (Amy); his brother Harold; his sister-in-law Kate Columber of Ansted, WV.; and his cousin Ronnie Dunham. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, and 1 grandchild on the way and 1 great grandchild.
