He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bish and Vera Ruth McClaskey Bish; his wife Beverly Jean Bish; and his former wife Phyllis Ann Bish. He is survived by: his children, Terri Hendricks (Rick Jackson), Tim Bish (Jackie), Lori Williams (Jeff) and Jennifer Bash; and his brother Kenneth Bish. He is also survived by three step-children, 10 Grandchildren, 16 Great-grandchildren.
