With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Eugene Ballinger (Marion, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 14, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fay and Jean Viola Ballinger (Huntsman); his sisters, Linda Fergeson and Debra Ball; and his daughter Karen Hughes (Alan).
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ballinger (Wood); his siblings, Teresa Philips, Nancy Stewart (Chris), Tom (Debby), Danny "Pete" and William "Billy" Ballinger; and his children, Kathy Roberts (Roger), Kenny Ballinger (Darcy), Robert Ballinger (Lori), Shelly Seckel (Ron), Kelly Kightlinger (Chris) and Issac Rebeel. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren, and his 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Marion Humane Society.
