He was predeceased by: his parents, Doss Creek and Marian Creek; and his siblings, Johnny Creek and Pam Parker. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Creek; his children, Lonnie Creek, Melinda Creek and Jerome Creek; and his sisters, Marilyn Downs, Sheila Lind and Retha Green. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandsons; an aunt; numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.
