He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rigby and Martha Rigby (Fairbanks). He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Russell (William), Lori Mawer (Jayson) and Stacie Evans (Jim); his brother Richard Rigby (Joyce); and also Tobie. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
