We bid farewell to Ohmer Eugene Swart of Marion, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 9, 2025 at the age of 93. Ohmer touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Swart and Hazel Swart; his wife Jean Keadle; and his siblings, Wilma Roethler, Betty Rector and Wavel Swart.
He is survived by: his children, David Swart (Lisa), Vickie Rorick (Harold) and Joyce Brown (Rory). He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren that he loved dearly, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dayspring Wesleyan Church (2431 Marion-Mt Gilead Rd, Marion, OH 43302). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Brush Ridge/Grand Prairie Cemetery (4964 Brush Ridge Dr N, Marion, OH 43302).
