He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernestine Johnson and Robert Watson; and his siblings, Robert Watson, Stanley Watson and Diane Watson.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lee Watson; his sister Rosie Watson; his daughters, Carrie J. Watson and Brandi A. Lanuza (Watson); and his grandchildren, Maliyah Jalice, Braylon Marquise and Giavanna Bali.
A reception was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Edwards Funeral Service, Hughes-Allen Chapel (318 Mt Vernon Ave, Marion, OH 43302).
