She is survived by: her spouse Glenn Edward Nichols; her children, Donnie Nichols of Marion, OH, Randy Nichols (Kathy) of Marion, OH and Sheri Conn of Banner, KY; her siblings, Larry Smith, Carl Smith, Gretchen Burkett, Teresa Carroll, Lettie Kinzer, Tammy Conn and Kathy Lewis; and her grandchildren, Jordan Williams, Canaan Nichols, Olivia Rider, Destiny Plourde, Andrew Waddle and Abigail Waddle. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
