She was predeceased by: her parents, Alec Howard and Plina Smith; her daughters, Gretta Caudill and Shirley Caudill; and her siblings, Frankie Howard, Ricky Lee Howard and Chickie Lee Howard.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Caudill (Linda) of Staffordsville and Mike Cook (Sherry) of Marion; her siblings, Harry Caudill (Linda) of Indiana, Henry Howard (Susie) of Salyersville and Erma Tackett of Indiana; her grandchildren, Heather Watkins (Matthew) and Sydney Miller (Doryan); and her great grandchildren, Channing, Alexis, Landon and Piper. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel (900 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465).
