She is survived by: her sons, Rick Caudill (Linda) of Staffordsville and Mike Cook (Sherry) of Marion; her siblings, Harry Caudill (Linda) of Indiana, Henry Howard (Susie) of Salyersville and Erma Tackett of Indiana; her grandchildren, Heather Watkins (Matthew) and Sydney Miller (Doryan); and her great grandchildren, Channing, Alexis, Landon and Piper. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
