She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Keene and Vera Keene (Leonard); her brother Glenn Keene (Leeland "Lee" M. Hazlett); her son-in-law Terry Smith; and her brother Warren Keene.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Hazlett, Sonnie Smith and Jeff Hazlett (Karen); her grandchildren, Tara Gore, Jennifer Neton (Jeff), Jay Gore (Cari Newton), Ashley Khrushch (Dennis Gorban), Samantha Jack (Isaac), Alexandra Checrallah (James) and Kyle Prior; and her great grandchildren, June Gore, Abigail, Jack, Piper Neton, Millie Gore, Liam Fisher, Logan, Theodore Checrallah and Brylin Tincher. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
